- 4 Tablespoon 500 g medium orange, peeled, halved
- 6 Tablespoon 400 g carrots
- 2 Tablespoon 20 g slices lemon, ¼"
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml water
- 2 medium 250 g oranges, peeled, halved
- 3 200 g carrots
- 1 slice 10 g lemon, 1/4"
- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
- 1½ cup 360 ml water
- 2 Tablespoon 280 g medium orange, peeled, halved
- 3 Tablespoon 200 g carrots
- 1 slice 10 g lemon, ¼"
- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
- ¾ cup 95 g ice cubes
- 1 slice lemon, 1/8"
- ¾ cup 100 g carrot
- 1 medium 150 g orange, peeled, quartered
- ½ cup 120 ml water
Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds.

- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Note
Instead of ice cubes try frozen mango to boost the nutrition and flavor. Maybe try a little fresh ginger or turmeric to give this smoothie a refreshing spice.
