- 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs, optional
- ⅓ cup 80 ml {almond milk} , or whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons 10 g cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon {almond butter}, raw
- 2 30 g deglet noor dates, pitted
- ½ cup 120 ml water
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- ½ 75 g small frozen bananas, peeled
- ¼ cup 35 g ice cubes
- 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs, optional
Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
