Ingredients

  • ¼ cup 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups 420 g fresh cranberries [or equal parts black & blueberries]
  • 2 teaspoons {Winter Spice Seasoning}
  • ¼ cup 80 g dates [or honey], pitted
  • ½ cup 120 ml extra virgin olive oil [or water]
  • ¼ cup 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups 420 g fresh cranberries [or equal parts black & blueberries]
  • 2 teaspoons {Winter Spice Seasoning}
  • ¼ cup 80 g dates [or honey], pitted
  • ½ cup 120 ml extra virgin olive oil [or water]

Directions

    1. Place vinegar, berries, Winter Spice Seasoning, and sugar into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
    3. Once stopped, carefully remove the lid plug.  Start the blender and slowly increase to Variable 5.
    4. Pour olive oil in through the lid plug opening. Replace the lid plug and blend an additional 10 seconds.
