  • 1 cup 240 ml water
  • 1 pound 455 g carrots, halved
  • 2 D'Anjou pears, peeled, cored, and cut
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional
  • 1 cup 240 ml water

Directions

    2. Blend for 1 minute 30 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades if necessary. Serve over ice.
