  • ½ cup 120 ml skim milk
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 Tablespoon {Date Syrup}

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Run the Cold Foam Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6.  Blend for 15 seconds.

  • While skim milk foams the best, we've also found other products like Ripple alternative milks have foamed well.
  • Protein content and lack of fat content is important in the foaming process.
