Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240 ml {soy milk} , or milk alternative
  • 2 15 g dates, pitted, or 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup 50 g rolled oats
  • 1 125 g medium bananas, peeled, halved
  • 1½ cup 210 g frozen strawberries

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.
