  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seed
  • 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon salt, optional
  • ½ cup 12 g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into Vitamix container and secure the blade base.
    2. Select Variable 1. Start the machine and increase to Variable 6 for 15-20 seconds. Reserve for use with Turkey Burger recipe.
