- ½ teaspoon 0.5 teaspoon salt, optional
- ¾ cup 180 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml red wine vinegar, or vinegar of your choice
- 1 teaspoon 15 ml Dijon-style mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Tablespoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon salt, optional
- ¾ cup 180 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml red wine vinegar, or vinegar of your choice
- 1 teaspoon 15 ml Dijon-style mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Tablespoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon salt, optional
- ¾ cup 180 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup 90 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ⅛ cup 30 ml red wine vinegar, or vinegar of your choice
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 pinch Tablespoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Tablespoon salt, optional
- ⅓ cup 90 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ⅛ cup 30 ml red wine vinegar [or vinegar of choice]

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15-20 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15-20 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- Place vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt, into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 10 seconds.
- Reduce speed to Variable 3. Remove lid plug and drizzle olive oil in a slow stream through the lid plug opening.
- Replace lid plug and slowly increase speed to its highest speed. Blend for an additional 10 seconds.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 10 seconds.
