- 1 cup 180 g roasted red pepper
- ½ cup 120 ml water
- 2 Tablespoons Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, optional
- ½ cup 70 g sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 Tablespoon lemon, peeled
- 2 Tablespoon cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon Tablespoon hot sauce, optional
- 3 cups 450 g chickpeas, canned, drained

- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup 85 g roasted red pepper
- ¼ cup 60 ml water
- 1 Tablespoon Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, optional
- ¼ cup 35 g sesame seeds, toasted
- ½ Tablespoon lemon, peeled
- 1 Tablespoon garlic clove, peeled
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon hot sauce, optional
- 1½ cup 225 g chickpeas, canned, drained
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon cumin seeds, or ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon salt, optional
- ¼ teaspoon Tablespoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup 85 g roasted red pepper
- ¼ cup 60 ml water
- 1 Tablespoon Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, optional
- ¼ cup 35 g sesame seeds, toasted
- ½ Tablespoon lemon, peeled
- 1 Tablespoon garlic clove, peeled
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon hot sauce, optional

Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- With a peeler or paring knife, remove the peel and white pith from the lemon, leaving just the flesh. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
