  • ¾ cup 180 ml {Date Syrup}
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ pound 680 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup 240 ml {Almond Milk} [or milk alternative]
  • ½ cup 120 ml {Date Syrup}
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound 454 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup 240 ml {Almond Milk} [or milk alternative]
  • ½ cup 120 ml {Date Syrup}
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound 454 g frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup 180 ml {Almond Milk} [or milk]
  • ¼ cup 60 ml {Date Syrup}
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ pound 375 g frozen raspberries

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Select the Frozen Dessert program. Start the blender and allow the program to complete, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
    3. In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
