- ¾ cup 180 ml milk, lukewarm
- 2 cups 480 ml heavy cream, lukewarm
- ¼ cup 50 g granulated sugar
- 1 cup 240 ml milk chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon {Winter Spice Seasoning}
- 1¼ teaspoon Tablespoon powdered gelatin
- ⅔ cup 190 ml {Fig Jam}
- pistachios Tablespoon Tablespoon toasted and chopped

- ¼ cup 50 g granulated sugar
- 1 cup 240 ml milk chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon Tablespoon {Winter Spice Seasoning}
- 1¼ teaspoon Tablespoon powdered gelatin
- ⅔ cup 190 ml {Fig Jam}
- pistachios Tablespoon Tablespoon toasted and chopped

- Add all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1 or the Hot Soup program (if available). Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds; or start the machine and allow the Hot Soup program to complete. Stop the machine.
- Portion equally into 8-ounce ramekins and place in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours until set. Top with fig jam and garnish with chopped toasted pistachios.
