- 3 ounces 90 ml pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cups 225 g green grapes
- ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 2 ½ cups 60 g kale
- 2 ½ cups 90 g fresh spinach
- 1 160 g gala apple, cored, quartered
- ¼ medium 35 g avocado
- 1 ½ cups 195 g ice cubes
- 1 cup 240 ml {soy milk}
- 1/2 slice 75 g pineapple
- 1½ cups 225 g green grapes
- ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 2 cups 40 g kale
- 2 cups 60 g fresh spinach
- 1 medium red apple, seeded, quartered
- 1/4 Tablespoon 38 g avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1½ cups 195 g ice cubes
- 1 cup 240 ml {soy milk}
- 1/2 slice 75 g pineapple
- 1½ cups 225 g green grapes
- ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 2 cups 40 g kale
- 2 cups 60 g fresh spinach
- 1 medium red apple, seeded, quartered
- 1/4 Tablespoon 38 g avocado, peeled, pitted
- 1½ cups 195 g ice cubes
- ⅓ cup 45 g ice cubes
- 1 slice 18 g avocado, peeled
- 14 Tablespoon 45 g medium red apple, seeded
- ½ cup 15 g fresh spinach
- 1/2 cups 10 g kale
- 1 pinch matcha green tea powder
- ⅓ cup 50 g green grapes
- ¼ cup 30 g pineapple
- ¾ cup 180 ml {soy milk}
Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

- Blend for 30-40 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow to complete programmed cycle.
