- 2 300 g oranges, peeled
- 1 80 g lemon, peeled
- ½ 70 g beets, washed
- 1 cup 100 g Italian flat leaf parsley, tightly packed
- 4 cups 120 g fresh spinach
- 2 pieces 10 g fresh ginger root
- 3 cups 390 g ice cubes
- ½ cup 120 ml pomegranate juice
- 1 150 g orange, peeled
- ½ lemon peeled
- ¼ cup 35 g beets, washed
- ½ cup 50 g flat leaf parsley, tightly packed
- 2 cups 60 g fresh spinach
- 1 piece 5 g fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
- 1½ cup 195 g ice cubes, plus additional as needed for serving
- ½ cup 120 ml pomegranate juice
- 1 150 g orange, peeled
- ½ lemon peeled
- ¼ cup 35 g beets, washed
- ½ cup 50 g flat leaf parsley, tightly packed
- 2 cups 60 g fresh spinach
- 1 piece 5 g fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
- 1½ cup 195 g ice cubes, plus additional as needed for serving
Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients towards the blades.
