Ingredients

  • 3 medium garlic cloves, peeled
  • 8 35 g garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ cup 75 g garlic cloves, peeled

Directions

    1. Place garlic into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
    2. Select Variable 5, press Pulse, and quickly release. Continue to Pulse 4 more times, or until desired consistency is reached.
    1. Place garlic into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
    2. Select Variable 6. Pulse the garlic 4 to 6 times or until chopped to desired consistency.
    1. Place garlic cloves into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Select Variable 3. Pulse 5 to 10 times or until desired consistency is met.
