- ¾ cup 25 g baby kale
- 1 ½ Tablespoons honey, optional
- ¾ 90 g avocado, pitted, halved
- 1 ½ cups 210 g frozen mango chunks
- 1 ½ cups 210 g frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup 140 g sliced frozen banana
- ¾ cup 180 ml {Oat Milk} [or milk of choice]
- ½ cup 15 g baby kale
- 1 Tablespoon honey, optional
- ½ 60 g avocado, pitted, halved
- 1 cup 140 g frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup 140 g frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup 105 g sliced frozen banana
- ¾ cup 180 ml {Oat Milk} [or milk of choice]
- ½ cup 15 g baby kale
- 1 Tablespoon honey, optional
- ½ 60 g avocado, pitted, halved
- 1 cup 140 g frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup 140 g frozen pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup 105 g sliced frozen banana
