- 3 Tablespoons 30 g cacao nibs [or chopped bittersweet chocolate]
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¼ cup 300 ml {cashew milk}
- ⅓ cup 27 g 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3½ Tablespoon 70 g medjool dates
- 3 Tablespoons 27 g cacao nibs, or chopped bittersweet chocolate
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
