  • 1 Tablespoon coriander seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon fennugreek
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons 20 g pistachio nuts, toasted, shelled
  • 2 Tablespoons 20 g hazelnuts, toasted, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried sumac

Directions

Cook Along
    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the blade base.
    2. Select Variable 5.  Start the blender and blend for 10-15 seconds or until coarsely chopped.
