Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Note
- To make a raspberry syrup for an added topping. Place 1/4 cup (30g) raspberries and 1 teaspoon of date syrup into the Vitamix 8-ounce blending cup and secure the blade base. Start the blender and increase speed to Variable 2. Blend for 20 seconds. To serve, pour the raspberry syrup over the top of the smoothie bowl, and garnish with granola and yogurt.
