- 2 cups 300 g green grapes
- 2 Tablespoon 170 g pineapple, peeled, halved
- 1 Tablespoon 150 g medium bananas, peeled

- 2 jalapeños, stemmed, seeded
- 4 cups 120 g fresh spinach
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes

- 1 cup 150 g green grapes
- 1 slice 85 g pineapple, peeled, with core
- ½ medium 75 g banana, peeled
- 1 medium lime, peeled
- ¼ cup 35 g cashews, roasted, unsalted
- 1 jalapeño, stemmed, seeded
- 2 cups 60 g fresh spinach
- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
- ½ cup 120 ml water
- 1 cup 150 g green grapes
- 1 slice 85 g pineapple, peeled, with core
- ½ small 75 g banana, peeled
- 1 medium lime, peeled
- ¼ cup 35 g cashews, roasted, unsalted
- 1 jalapeño, stemmed, seeded
- 2 cups 60 g fresh spinach
- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
