Ingredients

  • 1 cup 230 g mayonnaise
  • ½ cup 120 ml distilled vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons horseradish
  • 1½ teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup 185 g raisins
  • 12 ounces 800 g savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium 130 g carrots, halved
  • 1 red onion, peeled, diced

Directions

    1. Place mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish, celery seed, and sugar into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Turn machine on and slowly increase to the highest speed.
    4. Blend for 30 seconds.
    5. Season with salt and pepper.
    6. Combine raisins, cabbage, carrots, and onion in a bowl. Pour blended vinaigrette over salad and toss to combine.
