  • ¼ cup 45 g capers, drained

  • 2 Tablespoon Tablespoon garlic, peeled
  • 6 Tablespoon Tablespoon basil leaves
  • 1 pound 455 g mixed olives, pitted

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Select Variable 1 and star the machine. Slowly increase speed to Variable 5 and blend for 30-35 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
