Packed with vitamin C to support immune health, and complemented by green tea for an energy boost, this combination of ginger, lime, orange, and mango creates a delicious pitaya smoothie bowl.
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60-70 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
Scoop smoothie into serving bowls, sprinkling with pitaya powder, goji berries, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
