- ¼ 300 g pineapple, peeled, cut into large chunks
- ½ small 80 g white onion, peeled, halved
- 1 150 g red bell pepper, seeded, cut into large chunks

- Select Variable 3. Pulse 10 to 20 times using the tamper to press ingredients towards the blades, until desired consistency is reached.
